Upgrading this product is complex due to dependencies between component software and firmware. Upgrading one component may cause another to fail. In the past, customers were required to use the compatibility matrix and individual component user guides to upgrade their solution. To provide a better customer self-support experience, I worked with engineering to create a step-by-step upgrade grade.
